Terms and Conditions

All sales from Kropf Industrial are subject to the applicable General Terms and Conditions shown here, in addition to any specific terms identified in the RFP, quote or order documents. In the event of any discrepancy between these documents and Kropf’s Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) as it relates to the performance of the products, the RFP documents prevail and govern, however, all other terms and conditions set out in the Agreement apply.
